Please keep in mind that the program always run ("Tools->ODBC Administrator" menu item) the same ODBC Adminisntrator version (32 bit or 64 bit depends on the program build).

To run 32 bit ODBC Administrator under 64 bit system manually you should use direct path %WINDIR%\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
