Letter of Software Intellectual Property Destruction
This letter is being provided to DTM soft by _______________, (customer name) Customer, to provide documentation in order to obtain a refund.

Customer represents and warrants that he (or she) has deleted and destroyed the intellectual property and all copies of the intellectual property described below. The intellectual property was licensed to the customer for use under the terms of the applicable software license agreement. Please note that some credit cards may not reflect the refund on your credit card for up to 30 days.
